CenturyThis offers a 30-day money back guarantee on hosting services. If during your first 30 days of hosting you are not satisfied with our hosting services, we will cancel your account and refund the money paid for year. We must receive written notification within the first 30 days of hosting setup. Notification received after the first 30 days does not qualify for the refund and while we would not attempt in any way to withhold the transfer of your domain to another hosting company, we would not refund the money you paid for the year.
Please keep in mind when canceling your CenturyThis Hosting that we will not actually move you to your new hosting company and that it can take 2-3 business days for the changes you make on your domain name servers to transfer to your new hosting company. We encourage you to give yourself plenty of time to back up and accomplish your move when canceling your account as any and all information relating to your web site is deleted immediately upon the official closure of your account. CenturyThis is not responsible for any loss of information due to the incomplete transfer of a closed account.
Refund Policy for Web Design, Graphic Design and Related Services
CenturyThis requires 50% of the estimated project for services relating to Web Design/Development, Programming and Database Design. This down money is due, in full, with the signed work agreement before CenturyThis can begin work on your project. The down money is non-refundable. The remainder of the balance for the project is due when project is complete. This money is also non-refundable. A project can be stopped before the mid-way point and the remaining 50% is not due, all work completed will be forfeit. This must be done in writing.
